Established in 1992, the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) reflects our belief in the transformative role of human capital in driving economic prosperity and social progress. The ASEAN Training Awards was launched in 1971 to help ASEAN Member States build capacity to tackle regional and trans-boundary security issues. Most recently, the SCP collaborated with our partners and Home Team agencies on the 20th Integrated Narcotics Enforcement Programme for 16 participants.
