MFA Press Statement: Working Visit of Prime Minister Khin Nyunt of The Union of Myanmar to Singapore, 13 September 2004

The Prime Minister of the Union of Myanmar, General Khin Nyunt, will make a working visit to Singapore on 13 September 2004. Prime Minister Khin Nyunt will be accompanied by his wife, Dr Daw Khin Win Shwe; Minister of Industry-1 U Aung Thaung; Minister of Commerce Brigadier-General Pyi Sone; Minister of Foreign Affairs U Win Aung and his wife Daw San Yone; Minister of Finance and Revenue Major-General Hla Tun and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs U Khin Maung Win as well as senior Myanmar officials. During his visit, Prime Minister Khin Nyunt will make a courtesy call on President S R Nathan and hold discussions with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong.
