Mr Li Yuanchao, Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, Member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of the Organisation Department of the CPC Central Committee will visit Singapore from 15-17 April 2010 at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) Teo Chee Hean. Li will co-chair the Singapore-China Forum on Leadership with DPM Teo.
While in Singapore, Li will call on President S R Nathan, Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew and DPM Teo Chee Hean. He will also be hosted to meals by Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, DPM Teo Chee Hean and DPM Wong Kan Seng. Other elements of Mr Li's programme include visits to the People's Action Party (PAP) Headquarters and the Housing and Development Board (HDB) hub.
