President Halimah Yacob has written to President Md. Abdul Hamid of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to convey her condolences on the crash of US-Bangla Airlines Flight BS211 in Kathmandu on 12 March 2018. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has also written to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli of Nepal to convey his condolences.
