Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Cleaning Services for the Singapore Trade Office in Taipei

The Singapore Trade Office in Taipei (hereinafter called “the Office”) invites interested vendors to submit a Quotation for the provision the Office’s Access Control System for our premises located at 9F, No.85, Jen Ai Road Section 4, Daan District, Taipei City.
Interested vendors may email the Office at Taipei_Procurement@mfa.sg to request the set of procurement specifications. Hardcopies of the procurement specifications can also be collected directly from our Office at at the address above.
Quotations must be submitted via electronic mail to Taipei_Procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Wong Siew Han, Senior Assistant Trade Representative (Administrative and Consular).
The Invitation to Quote will close on Friday, 3 March at 1700 hrs. Only Quotations submitted via email before the closing date and time will be considered.
The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will subsequently be displayed on the Office’s Bulletin Board.
