VISIT OF THAI FOREIGN MINISTER DR SURAKIART SATHIRATHAI TO SINGAPORE, 16-18 JULY 2001
The Foreign Minister of Thailand, Dr Surakiart Sathirathai, accompanied by his wife, Khunying Suthawan Sathirathai, and senior officials, will make an official visit to Singapore from 16 to 18 July 2001 at the invitation of Foreign Minister Prof S Jayakumar.
During the visit, Dr Surakiart Sathirathai will call on President S R Nathan, Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong, Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew, Foreign Minister Jayakumar and Minister for Trade and Industry BG (NS) George Yeo. He will give a public lecture, Towards an Asia Cooperation Dialogue on 17 July organised by the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies.
