(b) The Ambassador of the Republic of Guatemala, Mr Arturo Duarte Ortiz, who has succeeded Mr Antonio Roberto Castellanos-Lopez; and
(c) The Ambassador of the Portuguese Republic, Mr Joao Antonio da Silveira de Lima Pimentel, who has succeeded Mr Jose Tadeu da Costas Soares.
