MFA Press Statement: Presentation of Credentials

The following new foreign Heads of Mission presented their diplomatic credentials to President S R Nathan in separate ceremonies at the Istana today:

(a) The Ambassador of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire, Mr Kouadio Fry, who has succeeded Mr Kouassi Hyacinthe Marcel;

(b) The Ambassador of the Republic of Guatemala, Mr Arturo Duarte Ortiz, who has succeeded Mr Antonio Roberto Castellanos-Lopez; and

(c) The Ambassador of the Portuguese Republic, Mr Joao Antonio da Silveira de Lima Pimentel, who has succeeded Mr Jose Tadeu da Costas Soares.
