MFA Press Statement: Official Visit of Slovak Foreign Minister, Eduard Kukan, 8-10 May 2005

The Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Mr Eduard Kukan, will make an official visit to Singapore from 8 to 10 May 2005, at the invitation of the Singapore Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr George Yeo.

Mr Kukan will call on Senior Minister Mr Goh Chok Tong, Mr Yeo and Dr Lee Boon Yang, Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts. Mr Yeo will host a lunch for Mr Kukan. Mr Kukan and Mr Yeo will also sign the Agreement between the Government of the Slovak Republic and the Government of the Republic of Singapore for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with regards to Tax on Income.
