Your Majesty,
I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of His Majesty King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. King Fahd led Saudi Arabia during its years of prosperity. He was both a statesman and peacemaker in the Middle East region. He also extended the hand of Saudi Arabia in contributing to the development of countries and communities in need around the world. His passing will be mourned by both the people of Saudi Arabia and the international community.
I would like to convey my deepest sympathies and condolences to Your Majesty, the Al Saud family and the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
