APPOINTMENT OF SINGAPORE'S HONORARY
CONSUL-GENERAL IN LIMA, PERU
The Government of the Republic of Singapore, with the agreement of the Government of the Republic of Peru, has appointed Mr Winston Merchor as Singapore' Honorary-Consul General in Lima, Peru.
Mr Merchor, 63, graduated from the University of Lima and the Business Program Graduate School of "ESAN", Peru.
Mr Merchor is currently the Owner and Manager of "W.Merchor S.A.C." Bonded Custom Broker and "Servifreight S.A.C." Bonded International Cargo Agency. He was previously a representative of Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) in Peru. He has served as Chairman of Naviera Universal S.A. "UNILINE".
Mr Merchor is married.
