On behalf of the people of Singapore, I extend my warmest congratulations to you and the people of the People's Republic of China on the successful launch of China's second manned space mission.
This is a proud moment for all Chinese. The scientific and technological advances that have taken place since China's historic first manned space mission on 15 October 2003 are clearly evident. I wish you continued success in leading China towards greater heights in space exploration.
