MFA Press Statement: Consular Update on Bali Bombings

04 October 2005

We have no reports of any Singaporean casualty. We have contacted more Singaporeans who were in Bali when the bombings occurred. Three more Singaporeans have yet to be contacted.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Singapore Embassy in Jakarta remain in contact with the Indonesian authorities and are ready to render the necessary assistance to Singaporeans.
