President Marc Ravalomanana of the Republic of Madagascar will be making a working visit to Singapore from 6-9 December 2005 at the invitation of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. This will be President Ravalomanana's first visit to Singapore.
During his visit, President Ravalomanana will call on President S R Nathan and meet with Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and Minister for Education Tharman Shanmugaratnam. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will meet with President Ravalomanana and host a lunch in his honour. President Ravalomanana will also be visiting PSA Corporation, Singapore Tourism Board, the Economic Development Board, the Civil Service College and the LKY School of Public Policy.
