At the invitation of Malaysian Minister of Foreign Affairs Dato' Seri Syed Hamid Albar and his wife, Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo accompanied by his family and a delegation of Singapore grassroots leaders will visit Kota Tinggi, Johor on 25 February 2006 to attend the wedding reception of Dato' Seri Syed Hamid's son, Syed Naqib. The delegation will also visit the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) and the historic site of Johor Lama. Dato' Seri Syed Hamid Albar and his wife will also host Minister Yeo, his family and grassroots leaders to dinner. Minister Yeo will join the delegation at Kota Tinggi in the afternoon after attending the State Funeral of Singapore's first Foreign Minister S Rajaratnam.
