MFA Spokesman’s Comments On Extension Of Aung San Suu Kyi’s Detention

In response to media queries on the extension of Aung San Suu Kyi's detention, the MFA Spokesman commented:

"Singapore is disappointed by the extension of Aung San Suu Kyi's detention. We reiterate ASEAN's position that Aung San Suu Kyi should be released as soon as possible."
