MFA Press Statement: Visit Of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Chief Executive Mr Donald Tsang To Singapore, 15 to 17 July 2006

The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Mr Donald Tsang will visit Singapore from 15 to 17 July 2006. Mr Tsang will be accompanied by his wife, Mrs Selina Tsang, and a delegation of senior officials.

This will be Mr Tsang's first visit to Singapore in his capacity as the Chief Executive. Mr Tsang will meet with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew. PM Lee will also host a lunch in honour of Mr Tsang and his delegation. Mr Tsang will also visit the Ministry of Trade and Industry where he will be briefed on economic, tourism and other developments in Singapore.
