The Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region Mr Edmund Ho will visit Singapore from 12 to 14 April 2007. Mr Ho will be accompanied by President of the Legislative Assembly Ms Susana Chou, Secretary for Economy and Finance Mr Francis Tam and a delegation of senior officials.
This will be Mr Ho's second visit to Singapore in his capacity as the Chief Executive. Mr Ho will call separately on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew. PM Lee will also host lunch in honour of Mr Ho and his delegation. Mr Ho will also call on Speaker of Parliament Mr Abdullah Tarmugi. While in Singapore, Mr Ho will receive a briefing by the Ministry of Trade and Industry on the new developments in the economic and tourism sectors. Mr Ho will also visit the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
