Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Zainul Abidin Rasheed will visit Berlin and Antwerp from 25 to 29 June 2007, where he will participate in a workshop and seminar which aims to exchange experiences and best practices in promoting inter-racial and inter-religion harmony. SMS Zainul will be accompanied by representatives from MUIS and the Religious Rehabilitation Group, as well as officials from MFA, MCYS and MOM.
In Berlin, SMS Zainul will call on the Berlin Interior Senator Dr Heidi Knake-Werner and Parliamentary State Secretary in the Federal Interior Ministry Dr Peter Altmaier. SMS Zainul will also meet the Mayor of Antwerp Patrick Janssens.
