The President of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Mr Kim Yong Nam, will make a working visit to Singapore from 31 July to 2 August 2007. |

This will be the first working visit by Mr Kim in his capacity as the President of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly. Mr Kim has previously visited Singapore as Vice-Premier and Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in December 1985. While in Singapore, Mr Kim will call on President S R Nathan and be hosted to lunch by the President. Mr Kim will also receive a courtesy call by Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong. . . . . .
