The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, Ms Quentin Bryce, will make a State Visit to Singapore from 16-18 November 2008. Governor-General Bryce will be accompanied by her husband Mr Michael Bryce and an official delegation.
This will be Governor-General Bryce's first official visit to Singapore. During her visit, she will call on President S R Nathan, who will host a State Banquet in her honour. Governor-General Bryce will also meet with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew. In addition, Governor-General Bryce will visit the Changi Chapel Museum, view the Singapore City Gallery at URA, visit a family in Toa Payoh HDB estate and visit the SAF Nee Soon Camp.
