Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo called on Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Aman at his official residence, Sri Gaya, this morning. After the call, Datuk Musa hosted Minister Yeo to a breakfast of Sabahan delicacies.
During the call and the breakfast, Datuk Musa updated Minister Yeo on the economic opportunities in Sabah, as well as Sabah's economic priorities and conservation efforts. Minister Yeo and Datuk Musa also had a discussion on expanding the economic linkages between Singapore and Sabah. Minister Yeo invited Datuk Musa to visit Singapore to further develop economic and tourism ties between Singapore and Sabah.
Minister Yeo will depart Kota Kinabalu for Singapore later today.
