Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Zainul Abidin Rasheed, will be attending the Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation's (FEALAC) 4th Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Tokyo, Japan, from 16 to 17 January 2010. SMS is accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Prior to the FEALAC FMM, SMS visited the Keio-National University of Singapore's (NUS) Connective Ubiquitous Technology for Embodiments (CUTE) Centre, a collaboration between Keio University and NUS to enhance international research capabilities on digital media research. SMS also took the opportunity to visit NTT Docomo, one of Japan's largest telecommunications companies.
