Singapore and Vietnam Pledge to Step Up Economic Cooperation

Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo will visit Hong Kong and Shanghai, the People's Republic of China on 14-18 March 2010.
In Hong Kong, Minister Yeo will call on Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang and former Hong Kong Chief Executive and Vice-Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Tung Chee Hwa. Minister Yeo will also meet Hong Kong Financial Secretary John Tsang.
In Shanghai, Minister Yeo will be attending the Harvard Business School Asia-Pacific Advisory Board Meeting and will meet Chairman of Shanghai Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee Gong Xueping.
Minister Yeo will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
