MFA Spokesman's comments in response to media queries on the Air India

In response to media queries on the Air India crash, the MFA Spokesman said:

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our Missions in India are monitoring the incident. Our Missions are in close touch with Air India and the relevant authorities. As at 1330 hours (Singapore time) today, there are no reports of Singaporeans having been affected by the incident. Singaporeans can call our 24-hour duty office hotline at +65 63798800 if there is a possibility that their next-of-kin is on board the ill-fated flight."
