MFA Press Statement: Official visit to Singapore by Deputy Chairman and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation Sergey Sobyanin, 26-28 September 2010

Deputy Chairman and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation Sergey Sobyanin will make an official visit to Singapore from 26 to 28 September 2010 to co-chair the inaugural High-level Russia-Singapore Inter-Governmental Commission with Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and to attend the Russia-Singapore Business Forum.

During the visit, Deputy Chairman Sobyanin will call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and be hosted to lunch by SM Goh. He will also meet Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew and Minister for Health Khaw Boon Wan. While in Singapore, Deputy Chairman Sobyanin will also visit IDA Singapore.
