Singapore's Special Envoy to Romania, Ambassador Anil Kumar Nayar will attend the trial of the former Romanian Chargé d'Affaires in Singapore Dr Silviu Ionescu in Bucharest, Romania on 6 October 2010. Special Envoy Nayar will be accompanied by a representative from the Attorney-General's Chambers.
