Pakistan Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi will visit Singapore from 21-23 November 2010 at the invitation of Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo.
This is Mr Qureshi's first official visit to Singapore since his appointment as Foreign Minister in March 2008. Apart from his meeting with Minister George Yeo, Mr Qureshi will call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong on 23 November and 22 November respectively. Mr Qureshi will also deliver a Distinguished Public Lecture organised by the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) on the topic "Pakistan in the next decade: Prospects and Challenge" on 22 November 2010. Mr Qureshi will be accompanied by senior officials from his Ministry.
