[UPDATE 1] MFA Spokesman's comments in response to media queries on the boat that capsized en route from Sibu to Mersing in Malaysia

MFA SPOKESMAN'S COMMENTS

In response to media queries for an update on the boat that capsized en route from Sibu to Mersing in Malaysia, the MFA Spokesman said:

"The bodies of the three Singaporeans who died have been identified by their family members early this morning. They are: Mr Adrian Tan Kook Yong, Mr Chua Lim Khoon and Ms Low Li Jun. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our Consulate-General in Johor Baru will assist in the repatriation of the bodies to Singapore. "
