MFA Spokesman's Comments in Response to Media Queries on the Earthquake in New Zealand

In response to media queries on the earthquake in New Zealand, the MFA Spokesman said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our High Commission in Wellington are closely monitoring the situation in Christchurch. As at 1200 hrs (Singapore time) 22 February 2011, we have not received reports of any Singaporeans being affected by the earthquake.
