Singapore's Special Envoy to Romania, Ambassador Anil Kumar Nayar, will attend the trial of Dr Silviu Ionescu, the former Romanian Charge d'Affaires in Singapore, in Bucharest, Romania on 9 March 2011. Special Envoy Nayar will be accompanied by a representative from the Attorney-General's Chambers.
