MFA Press Statement: Official Visit of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education of Malaysia Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, 24-25 October 2011

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education of Malaysia Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin will be making an official visit to Singapore from 24 to 25 October 2011. Tan Sri Muhyiddin will be accompanied by his spouse, Puan Sri Noorainee Abdul Rahman.

During his visit, Tan Sri Muhyiddin will call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs Mr Teo Chee Hean. He will also meet Minister for Education Heng Swee Keat, who will be hosting him to lunch.

In addition, Tan Sri Muhyiddin will attend briefings by the Ministry of Education, National Environment Agency and Singapore Tourism Board.
