The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan His Excellency Yerzhan Kazykhanov will make an official visit to Singapore from 14 April to 16 April 2012, at the invitation of Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Law K Shanmugam. This will be Minister Kazykhanov’s first visit to Singapore and the first by a Kazakh Foreign Minister. He will be accompanied by senior executives from Samruk-Kazyna, Kazakhstan’s sovereign wealth fund, as well as officials from the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
While in Singapore, Minister Kazykhanov will be hosted to dinner by Minister Shanmugam on 15 April 2012. He will also call on President Tony Tan Keng Yam and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on 16 April 2012.
