The Government of the Republic of Singapore, with the agreement of the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark, has appointed Mr Morten Jæpelt as Singapore's Honorary Consul-General in Copenhagen with jurisdiction over the Kingdom of Denmark.
Mr Jæpelt, 54, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Scan-Group A/S since 1996 and 2009 respectively. Scan-Group A/S is an international shipping and logistics company headquartered in Copenhagen, with more than 100 offices in Scandinavia, Europe, North America, South America and Asia. Mr Jæpelt has also been appointed Vice Chairman of ST Aerospace Solution (Europe) A/S from September 2012.
