Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs Masagos Zulkifli will visit Dhaka, Bangladesh from 21 March to 22 March 2013 to represent Singapore at the state funeral of the late Bangladesh President Mohammad Zillur Rahman. He will be accompanied by MFA officials.
President Tony Tan, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Law K Shanmugam have conveyed their condolences to the late President’s family and the Government of Bangladesh. The letters are attached.
