President Tony Tan Keng Yam, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam have conveyed letters respectively to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to express their condolences following the tragic crash of Tatarstan Airlines flight U363 on 17 November 2013.
