Myanmar’s 1st Vice President Dr Sai Mauk Kham will visit Singapore from 13 to 17 July, at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Home Affairs, and Coordinating Minister for National Security Teo Chee Hean. Dr Sai Mauk Kham will be accompanied by Deputy Foreign Minister U Tin Oo Lwin, Deputy Education Minister Dr Zaw Min Aung, and Deputy Health Minister Dr Daw Thein Thein Htay.
Dr Sai Mauk Kham will call on President Tony Tan, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, and DPM Teo during his visit.
Dr Sai Mauk Kham, who heads the Myanmar government’s committees on health, education, culture, and anti-corruption, will receive briefings from the Ministry of Health; the Ministry of Education; the Ministry of Culture, Community, and Youth; and the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau.
