Dear Prime Minister Kopacz,
On behalf of the Government and people of Singapore, I would like to offer my warmest congratulations on your appointment as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland.
Singapore and Poland enjoy good relations with bilateral interactions growing steadily over the years. My official visit to Poland in October last year left me impressed with Poland’s economic transformation since the end of the Cold War. There is much that we can do together to grow our economic ties. Thank you for Poland’s continued commitment to the early ratification of the EU-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (FTA). I am confident that once the FTA enters into force, it will spur greater business links between our two countries and regions.
Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.
Yours Sincerely,
LEE HSIEN LOONG
Her Excellency Ewa Kopacz
Prime Minister of Poland
