French Senators from the France-Southeast Asia Friendship Group, led by President of the Friendship Group Senator Gérard Miquel, visited Singapore from 26 to 29 April 2015. During their visit, they called on Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Grace Fu. Minister Fu and the Senators reaffirmed the 50 years of excellent bilateral relations between Singapore and France. They also discussed the challenges posed by climate change, and looked forward to further cooperation between the two countries.
