ARGENTINE REPUBLIC
Ambassador Federico Alejandro Barttfeld has a Law Degree from Universidad de Belgrano, Buenos Aires, and an MBA from New York University. He also graduated with honours from the Argentine National Foreign Service Institute.
Ambassador Barttfeld was posted to the Permanent Mission of Argentina to the United Nations as Delegate to the UN Security Council and to the UN Decolonization Committee. He was Chief of Staff at the Subsecretariat of International Trade in the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship and Deputy Consul-General and Head of the Economics, Commercial and Investment Section at the Argentine Consulate in Rio de Janeiro. Prior to being appointed by President Mauricio Macri as the Ambassador of Argentina to Singapore, he was Head of the Investment Section and Head of the Cultural Section at the Embassy of Argentina in the United States of America.
Ambassador Barttfeld speaks Spanish, English, German, Italian, Portuguese and Romanian. He is married to Adriana Fabrini.

HIGH COMMISSIONER TO SINGAPORE
REPUBLIC OF ZAMBIA
Mrs Judith Kasashi K. Kan’goma-Kapijimpanga is the High Commissioner of Zambia to India, with concurrent accreditation to Singapore, Bangladesh, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. She had previously served as High Commissioner of Zambia to Tanzania from 2011 to 2016, with concurrent accreditation to Burundi, Comoros, Rwanda, Uganda, the East African Community, and the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region.
Mrs Kapijimpanga was a Member of Parliament (MP) for Kanchibiya constituency from 2002 to 2006. During her tenure as an MP, she also served as Minister in the Ministry of Community Development and Social Welfare, Ministry of Lands and Environment and Natural Resources, and Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, and Vocational Training.
Mrs Kapijimpanga is married with children.
