Dear Prak,
I would like to offer my deepest sympathies on the loss of lives and injuries as a result of a building collapse in Sihanoukville on 22 June 2019.
As Prime Minister Lee had conveyed to Prime Minister Hun Sen when they met recently in Bangkok, please do not hesitate to let us know if Singapore can be of any assistance.
Our thoughts and prayers are with those who lost their loved ones and we wish the injured a speedy recovery.
