I am pleased to convey my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency on the joyous occasion of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Kazakhstan.
Over the past three decades, our two countries have enjoyed excellent relations, underpinned by good cooperation in many areas. We share a common interest in promoting a rules-based multilateral order and the importance of inter-faith dialogue and harmony, among others. Singapore welcomes the opportunities to collaborate with Kazakhstan, including in areas such as supply chain resilience and digitalisation.
