HIS EXCELLENCY Ahmed Mostafa Abdelaal Mohamed

AMBASSADOR TO SINGAPORE

Arab Republic of Egypt

 

Ambassador Ahmed Mostafa Abdelaal Mohamed is a career diplomat with 30 years of experience in the foreign service.

 

Ambassador Mohamed had served in the Egyptian Embassies in Singapore, Ukraine, the UAE, and Ireland. Throughout his career, he had assumed many responsibilities, including working with the Disarmament Department, International Organisations Department, Economics Department, and African Department of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Before assuming his Ambassadorial post in Singapore, he was Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs responsible for Egypt’s relations with the Nile Basin countries. He had also served as Egypt’s Ambassador to Zambia and Permanent Representative to the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa.

 

Ambassador Mohamed graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication of Cairo University. He is married and has two children.

HIS EXCELLENCY Ahmad Abdulrahman Naser Al Shuraim

AMBASSADOR TO SINGAPORE

STATE OF KUWAIT

 

Ambassador Al Shuraim joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait in 2001. Prior to his appointment as Ambassador to Singapore, Ambassador Al Shuraim served as the Deputy Assistant Foreign Minister for the Minister’s Office Affairs. He also served in other capacities in the Arab World Department and the Department of the Minister’s Office.

 

Ambassador Al Shuraim’s previous overseas postings include Second Secretary at the Kuwait Embassy in Beijing, China (2004 – 2010) and First Secretary at the Kuwait Embassy in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (2010 – 2012), where he was assigned the task of establishing the Embassy. Before joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Al Shuraim served in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (1996 – 2001).

 

Ambassador Al Shuraim graduated from Kuwait University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 1999. He is married and has four children.

HIS EXCELLENCY Tomáš Ferko

AMBASSADOR TO SINGAPORE

Slovak republic

 

Ambassador Ferko is a career diplomat. He joined the foreign service of the Slovak Republic in 2001 after completing his Master studies in International Relations at the Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia.

 

Before his current appointment, he served as Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, New Zealand, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.

 

Ambassador Ferko has also served at the Embassies of the Slovak Republic in Belgrade, Serbia and Berlin, Germany and in the Office of the President of the Slovak Republic, as Chief of Protocol.

 

Ambassador Ferko is married to Mrs Laura Ferko and they have a daughter and a son.
