Singapore Permanent Residents

The application form for Permanent Residence (for spouse/children of Singapore citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents) in Singapore can be:

collected from the Consular Section, Singapore Embassy.

For the renewal/transfer of Re-Entry Permits (REP), please submit your application online at http://erep.ica.gov.sg/erep/index.do

The renewal/transfer applications for REP can be processed within one day if the applicants are in Singapore. For SPRs who are currently not in Singapore, the outcome of the applications will be make know to the applicants within 5 working days.

The average processing time for a Permanent Residence is three months. Applicants will be informed of the outcome by mail.
