INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN ANKARA, REPUBLIC OF TURKIYE
To all interested vendors,
The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Ankara is inviting you to participate in this open Invitation to Quote (ITQ) procurement opportunity for the provision of cleaning services for the Embassy.
2 The quotation opening period is from 26 January to 8 February 2023 and will close at 4pm (Turkiye time; GMT+3) on 8 February 2023 (Wednesday). Interested vendors may email the Embassy at ankara_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the ITQ documents during the quotation opening period, where the full details are included. There is also a compulsory briefing session at 2.30pm on 31 January 2023 (Tuesday) at the Embassy which requires registration.
3 All submissions have to be sent to the Embassy via email only at ankara_procurement@mfa.sg by 4pm (Turkiye time; GMT+3) on 8 February 2023 (Wednesday). No other modes of submission would be accepted.
4 The quotation schedule and award notice would be posted on the Embassy’s bulletin board.
