REGISTRATION AS OVERSEAS VOTER

        Any Singaporean residing overseas can apply to vote in Singapore Elections by post or at any one of the 10 overseas polling stations if he or she meets the following criteria:

• is a citizen of Singapore (holder of pink NRIC);

   

• is not less than 21 years of age;

   

• is not disqualified from being an elector under any prevailing law;

   

  a) has a Singapore residential address on his NRIC; or

   

  b) is residing overseas and has changed his or her NRIC address to an overseas address, and has a contact address in Singapore registered with Immigration & Checkpoints Authority for voting purpose; and

   

• has resided in Singapore for at least 30 days within the 3-year period prior to the date of application to be registered as an overseas voter.

2       Register at https://www.eld.gov.sg/online.html using your Singpass! The Registers of Electors (RE) have been updated and are open for public inspection from 19 June 2024 to 2 July 2024.
