The Singapore Embassy in Beijing wishes to invite vendors to quote for pork floss and barbequed pork for the Singapore Embassy in Beijing.
2. Interested companies may contact Ms Zhang Tian at 65321115 Ext 119 to collect the quotation documents.
3. Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:
a. Price (50%)
b. Compliance with requirements specifications (30%)
c. Company’s track record service standards (20%)
4. The quotation opening period will be until 3 January 2020 at 1200 hrs Beijing Time.
5. All proposals must be submitted BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing indicating “ITQ FOR PORK FLOSS AND BARBEQUED PORK”.
6. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
7. The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
