The Singapore Embassy in Beijing invites all relevant vendors to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR RENOVATION OF APARTMENTS D10, C06 AND C01 AT THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING, PRC.
2 A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on Friday, 26 Jul 2024, at 1000 hrs Beijing Time, at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing. Bidders who did not participate in the site briefing will be disqualified. Interested vendors may contact Ms Lim Jing Hong at +86 135 5201 4260 or Ms Tracy Mak at +86 182 1051 5725 to register for the briefing.
3 The quotation proposals will be evaluated on the critical and evaluation criteria below. Bidders who do not meet the critical criteria will be disqualified from participating in the ITQ.

4 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this invitation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein:
5 The quotation opening period will be until Friday, 2 Aug 2024, 1600hrs (China Time).
6 All quotation proposals must be submitted BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing in a sealed envelope, indicating “Provision of Services for Renovation of Apartments D10, C06 and C01 at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing, PRC”.
7 Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
8 The Award Notice will be posted on the Singapore Embassy’s Bulletin Board.
