The Singapore Embassy in Beijing invites all relevant vendors to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR CHILLERS AND AIR HANDLING UNITS (AHU) FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (01) YEAR FROM 04 NOVEMBER 2024 TO 03 NOVEMBER 2025, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ONE (01) YEAR FROM 04 NOVEMEBER 2025 TO 03 NOVEMEBER 2026.

2          A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on Friday, 16 August 2024, at 1400hrs Beijing Time, at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing. Bidders who did not participate in the site briefing will be disqualified. Interested vendors may contact Ms Sherilyn Sim at +86 139 1195 6070 or Ms Tracy Mak at +86 182 1051 5725 to register for the briefing.

3          The quotation proposals will be evaluated on the critical and evaluation criteria below. Bidders who do not meet the critical criteria will be disqualified from participating in the ITQ.

4          You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this invitation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein:

1. Annex A: Instructions to Potential Suppliers
2. Annex B: Summary of Quote Offer
3. Annex C: Conditions of Contract
4. Annex D: Requirement Specifications
5. Annex E: Company Profile and Project References
6. Annex F: Contract Agreement and Non-disclosure Agreement

5          The quotation opening period will be until Friday, 30 August 2024, 1600hrs (China Time).

6          All quotation proposals must be submitted BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing in a sealed envelope, indicating “PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR CHILLERS AND AIR HANDLING UNITS (AHU) FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (01) YEAR FROM 04 NOVEMBER 2024 TO 03 NOVEMBER 2025, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ONE (01) YEAR FROM 04 NOVEMEBER 2025 TO 03 NOVEMEBER 2026”.

7          Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.

8          The Award Notice will be posted on the Singapore Embassy’s Bulletin Board.
