Warm greetings to all of you! The Singapore Embassy in Beijing would like to invite you and your family to our Open House Reception at the Embassy in celebration of our 47th National Day and to watch the National Day Parade. The event will be hosted by Ambassador and Mrs Stanley Loh.

Due to space constraints, entry is limited strictly by registration on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once registration exceeds the maximum capacity we can take, the registration will be closed. To avoid disappointment, please email your attendance early to Ms Zhang Huihan (email address: zhang_hui_han@sgmfa.gov.sg) with the following information:
a) Your family name
b) Your given name
c) Your Singapore passport number or NRIC number
d) Your occupation
e) Your contact numbers
f) Your email address
g) The full names and NRIC numbers of accompanying family members (They should be registered separately if they are not arriving with you)
h) Please indicate if you would like to be included in the Overseas Singapore Unit's (OSU) mailing list to receive email notifications on the latest developments in Singapore. Yes/ No
Do note that you will be required to go through security clearance for entry into the event venue. Please bring along either your Singapore passport or NRIC to facilitate admission. Please note that as there are no parking facilities at the Embassy compound, if you drive, you would have to look for parking spaces near the Embassy.
Registration closes on Monday, 13 August 2012. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
