The Singapore Embassy in Beijing would like to invite relevant vendors to quote for the PROVISION OF LANDSCAPE AND HORTICULTURE SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE AMBASSADOR RESIDENCE IN BEIJING PRC FOR A PERIOD OF SEVEN (07) MONTHS FROM 1 APRIL TO 31 OCTOBER 2020.

新加坡驻华大使官邸园林，园艺与绿化养护服务合同合同期限为7个月从2020年04月01日至2020年10月31。。

1. Interested companies may contact Ms Alice Woon (云小姐) at 65321115 Ext 146 to register for the Quotation.
2. A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on 27 February 2020 at 1100 hrs Beijing time at the Singapore Ambassador Residence in Beijing at No. 6 Liang Ma Qiao Bei Jie, Chaoyang District （朝阳区，亮马桥北街6号，邮编100600）. Invitation to Quote documents will be issued during the site briefing.
3. Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:
   1. Price (65%)
   2. Compliance with specifications (25%)
   3. Company track record (10%)
4. The quotation opening period will be till 4 March 2020 at 1200 hrs Beijing Time.
5. All quotations must be submitted BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing at No 1 Xiu Shui Bei Jie, Jian Guo Men Wai, Beijing 100600 (北京市，朝阳区，建国门外，秀水北街1号，邮编100600). indicating “PROVISION OF LANDSCAPE AND HORTICULTURE SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE AMBASSADOR RESIDENCE IN BEIJING FOR A PERIOD OF SEVEN (07) MONTHS FROM 1 APRIL 2020 TO 31 OCTOBER 2020.”
6. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
7. The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
